DAVID MILLER
David Miller has been a long time student of yoga, eastern spirituality, and alternative systems of health, as well as working as a licensed nurse in a variety of contexts.
This experience has given him particular insight into how paradigms of conventional medicine can benefit from drawing on ancient health practices. It's his passionate belief that health systems must accommodate the mind, body, and spirit in order to be completely beneficial.
Using yoga, breath, relaxation, meditation, a sense of community, and open, heart-felt dialogues, David's sessions relax the body, calm the mind and restore balance to the spirit. The health effects are immediate, and a sustained practice will see long-term benefits in all aspects of our busy lives.
