Our modern lives are complex, demanding, and over-stressed. Without finding ways to truly relax, our sympathetic nervous system can go into overdrive, resulting in anxiety, sleeplessness, digestive and other health issues. 

 

Restorative yoga works to align the body, mind, and heart. By triggering the parasympathetic nervous system -- known as the relaxation response -- this gentle yoga practice leads to total relaxation. Using blankets, bolsters, and blocks for total support and holding the poses, the body has the opportunity to release and destress. 

 

In only one session, you'll lower stress levels, reduce blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, and create a sense of well-being. Regular practice will restore balance physically and emotionally.

 

Restorative yoga is suitable for all ages. Your body will relax, your mind will calm, and your spirit will be renewed.
